Methodology version history

Every published version stays on the record. We never quietly tune the rubric — bumps are intentional, dated, and listed below.

Current rubric: v1.0.0
v1.0.0 Current Launched June 21, 2026
What's in this version
  • 5-sub-score rubric (Developer 30%, Project 20%, Locality 20%, Financial 15%, Risk 15%)
  • Bands: Strong Buy (80+), Buy (65-79), Caution (50-64), Watch (35-49), Avoid (<35)
  • Sub-score signals: MCA + court load (Developer), operational status + delivery posture (Project), price YoY + yield + absorption (Locality), paid-up capital + RoC filing recency (Financial), news sentiment + pending litigation + locality oversupply (Risk)
  • Inaugural rubric — every audit shipped to date used this version.

All audits published before v1.1.0 use this rubric.

Our commitment on versioning

We commit to never silently change scoring. Re-audits use whichever methodology is current at the time of re-publish, and the prior audit version stays on the project's history with its original rubric tagged. If you read an audit today and revisit it after a methodology bump, you can always trace which rubric produced which score.
