In India, every "property advisor" you meet is actually paid by the developer. They earn 2–4% brokerage when you buy — which means they have a financial incentive to push you toward the highest-commission project, not the right one for you.
We started LandlordAgent to be different. Our advisors are paid by clients, not developers. We have no builder tie-ups, no referral arrangements, no incentive to recommend anything other than what's genuinely right for your money and your situation.

You pay us. We work for you. We earn nothing from developers, builders, or any third party involved in a transaction. This is the only model that removes conflict of interest completely.
Independent Research
Every recommendation is backed by our own research — market data, builder court case searches, RERA records, field visits. We form our own view, independently, before advising.
Your Privacy
Your contact details are never shared with any third party. When we present you options, sellers do not know who you are. You connect only when you explicitly say yes to a specific property.
