For Developers

An independent audit
buyers can trust.

LandlordAgent audits residential projects against a public methodology and publishes the result as-is. If you run RERA-registered projects in NCR and want that scrutiny on your work, write to us.

How it works

The same method for every developer

A partnership does not change how a project is scored. It changes how well we can see it.

01

We read the public record

RERA registrations and complaints, MCA filings, court cases, news and locality data are collected for the project and the developer behind it.

02

The rubric scores it

Five sub-scores (developer, project, locality, financial, risk) combine into a 0–100 composite. Weights and thresholds are public and versioned.

03

We publish it as-is

The audit goes live exactly as scored. You can send corrections with evidence; a correction becomes a new published version, never an edit to the old one.

Read the full scoring rules at /methodology or browse published audits in the audit catalogue.

Non-negotiables

Four rules that apply to every developer

Published as-is

Audits go live as scored, including when unflattering. Published versions are immutable, for engaged developers too.

A fee cannot change a score

No fee buys, raises or removes a score or a verdict. The method is public so anyone can check it.

Every fee is disclosed

If a developer pays us, the amount is shown on that project's page. Projects we audit without any engagement say so too.

No per-sale commission

We earn nothing when a buyer purchases. Developer fees, where they exist, are flat and for defined work only.

What an engagement can include

Scoped per engagement after we read your enquiry. Not every item applies to every project.

  • · Independent audit of a project against the public methodology
  • · Inclusion in buyer matching, where a project suits a buyer's brief
  • · Marketing assets built from the published audit
  • · Performance reporting on how the project is being read
Who it suits

We are an enquiry-led programme at an early stage. It suits developers who are comfortable being scored in public.

  • · Developers with RERA-registered residential projects in Delhi-NCR (Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Delhi)
  • · Teams that can share project documents and answer data queries
  • · Developers who accept that the audit is published whatever the outcome
Questions developers ask

Straight answers

No. The score comes from a public, versioned methodology applied to public data (RERA, MCA filings, court records, news, locality data). A fee cannot buy, raise or soften a score, and the methodology is published so anyone can check the working.

Yes. Audits are published as-is. Once a version is published it is immutable, including for a developer who has engaged us. If the data changes, a new version is published alongside the old one.

No. We take no per-sale commission from developers or from buyers, and we never will. Any fee a developer pays is a flat engagement fee for defined work, and it is disclosed on that project's page.

It depends on the number of projects, the data available and what the engagement covers, so we scope it after reading your enquiry. We do not publish rate cards, and nothing is quoted until we understand the project.

Yes. The full methodology is public and every audit we have published is readable without signing in. Read a few before you decide whether this suits you.
