Faridabad is Haryana's largest city and a major industrial hub — offering affordable housing with good Delhi connectivity. Faridabad is often compared unfavourably to Gurgaon — but it serves a completely different buyer profile. Where we advise: Sectors 86–90 (Neharpar) for modern township housing. Sectors 14–21 (old Faridabad) for plotted development investors.
