What people ask us
Yes. Our advisory service is completely free for buyers. We earn a referral fee from the seller or developer when a transaction completes — but this never influences our recommendations. We work only with options that genuinely fit your requirement.
Never. We do not share your contact details with any third party. The only time we connect you with a seller is after you have explicitly said yes to a specific option.
Our primary coverage is Gurgaon (all sectors), Faridabad, Palwal, Sohna, and surrounding Haryana areas. We also have an Investment Radar section for outside-NCR destinations.
