Our fees are transparent and agreed before any work begins. A basic investment report starts at ₹5,000. Full acquisition assistance (search to registration) is ₹25,000–1,00,000 depending on property value and complexity. Property management is ₹2,000–20,000 per month. Brokers are not free. They are paid by the developer — 2–4% of the transaction value. On a ₹1.5 crore flat, that's ₹3–6 lakh going to someone whose financial incentive is to sell you that flat, not advise you on whether it's the right one. Our fee is explicit and small relative to the transaction. The cost of biased advice is much higher.

Our primary coverage is Gurgaon, Noida, Delhi, Faridabad, and Greater Noida. We also advise on second home and investment destinations via our Investment Radar — Goa, Uttarakhand, Maharashtra coast. For NRI clients, we handle the advisory and coordination regardless of where you're based.

Then we've both had a useful 20-minute conversation and you go away with a clearer picture. The discovery call is free and carries no obligation. We will not call you again unless you reach out first.

Listing portals are advertising platforms — builders pay to appear prominently and your contact data is sold. We are an advisory firm. We do independent research, form a view, and present recommendations. You pay for advice, not advertising impressions.
