We represent the buyer exclusively. ### Level 03 — Property Management (₹2,000–₹20,000/month) Ongoing management of rental properties for landlords and NRIs. Tenant sourcing, KYC verification, rent collection, maintenance, legal renewals, and monthly reporting. FEMA-compliant transfers for NRI landlords. ### Level 04 — Family Office Service (₹50,000–₹5,00,000/year) Annual advisory retainer for NRI families and HNIs managing significant real estate wealth.
